How it works

  1. 1When all parties sign a document, SignovaX generates the final PDF and calculates its SHA-256 hash.
  2. 2The hash is stored in our database and sent to all parties via email as an independent record.
  3. 3Upload the PDF here — we recalculate the hash and compare it to the stored original. If they match, the document is unmodified.
