4. TITLE AND LIENS

The Seller warrants that the Seller is the legal owner of the Vehicle and that it is sold free and clear of all liens, loans, and other encumbrances. The Seller will give the Buyer the certificate of title and any other documents needed to transfer ownership.

5. "AS IS" SALE

The Vehicle is sold "AS IS", with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to its condition, quality, or fitness for any purpose, except that the Seller warrants clear title as stated above. The Buyer has had the opportunity to inspect the Vehicle and accepts it in its present condition.

6. TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP

Ownership and risk of loss pass to the Buyer on the date of this Bill of Sale once payment is received. From that date, the Buyer is responsible for registration, taxes, insurance, and any tickets or liabilities relating to the Vehicle.

7. GENERAL PROVISIONS

(a) Governing Law. This Bill of Sale is governed by the laws of .

(b) Entire Agreement. This Agreement is the complete agreement between the parties and replaces any prior discussions, understandings, or agreements on this subject.

(c) Amendments. Any change to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.

(d) Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

(e) Waiver. If a party does not enforce a provision, it does not give up its right to enforce that or any other provision later.

(f) Assignment. Neither party may assign or transfer this Agreement without the other party's prior written consent.

(g) Notices. Any notice under this Agreement must be given in writing (email is acceptable) to the other party.
